• Nurse Ride , LLC is a growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Company based in Crossville, TN and we are looking for a new driver or two to join our awesome team!
• This position is strictly for driving. No nursing experience is required. You will be driving for dedicated accounts and taking client's to their medical appointments in a safe and caring manner.
• To be considered for this role, you must have a valid TN driver’s license and a clean driving record with no moving violations in past 3 years and you must be at least 25 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
• We are looking for a Driver to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner to medical appointments and assist clients in and out of the vehicle. Most trips occur between 6am and 4pm Monday thru Friday.
• Must have experience driving in traffic and must be very comfortable driving in high traffic areas at times. We drive to Nashville area's frequently. Transport experience is a plus.
• Must have a smart phone and able to use Google Maps or Waze Navigation Apps, and must be familiar with use of a car navigation system. Must be very familiar with using GPS while driving at the same time.
• Pay is hourly and we utilize direct deposit.
• We are seeking an individual that presents themselves in a professional manner. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. You will be the "face" of Nurse Ride. A positive attitude is a must.
• Vehicle and gas card is provided.
• Hours for our new driver position are projected to range from 25-32 hours per week.
• Candidate must be available to work at least 4 days a week.
• This driver position is excellent for persons who like to be out in the community, and perform their job independently outside the confines of a building.
• Must have experience working with technology. Must have a Smart phone and be very familiar with text messaging and email. Prefer scanning documents experience, and you must have a computer/laptop and printer at home.
• After hire, you must immediately obtain an "F" endorsement on your driver's license and a DOT physical will be required. You will be required to attend paid training online and some training will be "hands-on".
• This position is for someone that enjoys driving while maintaining safety at all times, can sit for extended periods of time, and enjoys mild conversations with clients along the way. No Nursing is involved for this position.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
