Job Description:
- Mobilize from facility in Rotterdam, NY to service various customer sites (within NY state and potentially greater new England area in the future)
- Inspect, collect and load material from customer sites onto truck, and take back to facility in Rotterdam, NY.
- Leave behind replacement supplies after collecting material from customer sites.
- Manage corresponding shipment documentation (non haz manifest, Bill of Lading)
- Manage basic relationships with customers, ensuring that all service activities are accurate and timely.
- Report any feedback back to Rotterdam, NY facility’s site manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum – CDL, Class B Permit
- CDL, Hazardous Waste Endorsement (if not, will need to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Clean driving record
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer service.
- Ability to operate pallet jack for loading and unloading of pallets in excess of 800 lbs.
- Basic knowledge on vehicle maintenance and repair.
