Exciting Opportunity for a Tutor in Health and Social Care

This role can be based in our Castleblayney office and a degree of remote working will apply. If you have the relevant qualifications and experience working in a care environment, and can deliver training in health and social care subjects, then this opportunity may be for you.

The Role:

• Deliver induction training to new candidates
• Deliver and run support groups for learners as required
• Work in line with all company policies and procedures
• Contribute to effective team working ensuring a positive culture is maintained
• Communicate effectively with learners, managers and team members

The Person will have:

• Level 6 Manual & Patient Handling Instructor
• Hold a qualification in Health and Social Care (Level 5 or above)
• 2 years+ experience of working within a care environment
• 1 year+ experience of delivering health and social care courses
• Computer literate; experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – written and oral.
• An ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
• A full driving licence (travel is a requirement)
• A respectful and inclusive approach
