Position: Assistant Manager

Location: Lihue, Kauai, HI

Experience: 2 years of previous Assistant Management experience; Must have retail experience

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Will be discussed during interview -- Flexible Schedule

Pay: $16-19/hr, depending on experience

Job Description:

• Assist in developing positive customer and community relationships.
• Assist with the visual appeal of the store, meet sales revenue targets and control inventory and labor expenses.
• Stellar problem solving skills.
• Great interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively coach, mentor and manage others.
• Perform the essential physical functions of the job, including lifting 25 lbs unassisted.
• Other duties assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and personal transportation
• Mechanical/technical/electronic skills helpful
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Proven successful sales results/accountability
