Assist the Lead PM in the delivery of large scale network infrastructure projects involving leased services, ensuring facilities are delivered on schedule and meet technical specifications.
Responsible for execution of delivery and proper documentation of network infrastructure projects.
Assist in upstream planning, design, and acquisition teams in developing infrastructure requirements, priorities, and delivery date expectations.
Organize kick off and regular project status meetings with vendors and internal teams. Manage exceptions and communicate issues and risks to the rest of the organization.
Serve as primary vendor manager to ensure correct vendor deliveries of leased infrastructure services based on signed contracts. Escalate up vendor management chains as necessary if delivery timelines are at risk or inaccuracies are found on vendor deliverables.
Perform test and turn up processes w troubleshoot for customer acceptance with vendors upon install completion
Provide coordination and support to our processes and tooling, work with Workfront and Pega, ensure data accuracy
Coordinate and support PM by ensuring deliverables and tasks are property assigned and updated for VDM tasks for leased waves, Transport Metro Dark Fiber and Mini Clusters and enable the creation of reports to allow improvements on project baseline, cycle time reduction and better use of resources.
Follow up with our stakeholders to identify dependencies and risks in Project management tools Workfront , register dependencies and risks and follow up with FTE Program manager
Support Program Manager by identifying process improvements for our multiple region programs, support with documenting processes and ensure implementation

Required Experience Knowledge
Project Management Coordination experience
Experience in Telecommunications Network Provisioning Technical Support preferably with a Telecommunications Communications Services company
Knowledge of cabling infrastructure, fibre cabling, connector types, optical distribution frames, splice trays, patch panels and various vendor s naming conventions would be beneficial
Knowledge on Telephony and how data internet works
Necessary Skills and Competencies
Good English B2 minimum both in written and verbal communications
Full computer literacy, including fluency with computers and software such as email, spreadsheets, etc.
Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Strong focus in providing an outstanding user experience, with exceptional customer engagement skills
Ability to interface effectively with stakeholders and 3rd party vendors and suppliers
Capable of managing high pressure and short timelines, with the willingness to be flexible
Able to effectively prioritise workloads to handle multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing projects and processes
