Rejuve is a IV therapy medical spa in Sherman Oaks, CA. We offer cutting-edge medical spa therapies to help people look and feel their best. We provide service onsite and offsite with our mobile services. Our menu includes a wide range of vitamins, nutrients and other treatments.

Rejuve plans to take it's operation nationwide by building an on demand application and necessary technology to systemize all the process

We are looking for self driven, smart, organization guru candidate to run the operation and potentially take the CEO position

Key Responsibility

• experience in Aesthetic medical field and management is a plus
• very tech savvy, expert in using the computer, configuring software, using saas properly
• expert in using project management tools such as clickup or asana
• ability to write product spec and requirements to developers
• ability too organize the current operation as an assembly line style
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the clinic.
• Manage sales performance.
• Producing financial reports (trial balances, profit and loss statements, etc.)
• Recruit the team, provide outstanding leadership, and create a positive culture
• Train, monitor, and coach performance of all sales and service staff.
• Promote products and services with effective, clear communication
• Find opportunities for local community connections to build prospect counts and brand awareness

Role Requirements

• Proven passion for communicating with people and providing consistent, excellent service
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 to 5 years of managing experience.
• Capability to work flexible hours
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A fast learner, with a positive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast paced high-volume environment.
• Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems and EMR software
• Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multi- tasking
• Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $75,000.00 - $244,279.63 per year
