Position Summary:
The Video Coordinator for Men’s Basketball is responsible for the filming of practices, games, and individual training sessions for men’s basketball. Coordinate the sharing and receiving of video with/from outside sources. Coordinate the editing and clipping of all film to use as teaching tool for video sessions with coaches and student-athletes.
All job duties must be performed in compliance with University, Conference, and NCAA regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the filming of practices, games and training sessions.
- Catalog all film and create archives.
- Edit and clip films to make videos for coaches and student-athletes.
- Manage student staff responsible for working with video editing.
- Responsible for the maintenance of all video equipment.
- Manage the video exchange for the program.
- Assist with other Athletic Department functions and events as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or specialized degree / training required.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a collegiate basketball setting
- An understanding of the use of video editing as a tool for coaches and student-athletes, and an understanding of basketball skills and strategies.
- Familiarity with logging and categorizing footage.
- Must possess outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Must have demonstrated ability to self-start, be creative and show initiative.
- Experience with video cameras and editing equipment.

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:
- Professional work environment.
- Significant night and weekend hours.
- Carrying and setting up equipment may be required.
- Team travel required.
