We are delighted to announce that we are looking for aLive Video Sales Advisor. You will be based in one of our stores.

The Role

Connecting with customers via Live In-Store Video

• You will be available for customers to connect with via our Live Video Sales Service
• You will provide instant specialist furniture advice to your customers.
• You are the specialist who recreates the in store experience for your customers.
• You will demonstrate our products their features and their value proposition.
• You will provide your customers with the fun experience of being in store from their home.
• You will assist customers with other queries and resolving any issues they may have.

Skills and Qualifications

You are driven by providing a great customer experience

• You will be an experienced retail advisor.
• You will feel comfortable in front of a camera.
• You will have excellent presentation and communication skills.
• You will have furniture sales experience if possible.
• You will demonstrate the full potential of our products.
• You have previousexperience of achieving sales targets
• You are comfortable with technology and have an excellent camera presence.
• You will be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• You are innovative, able to use your own initiative and can motivate others.
