The
As a Visual Designer on the Havoc team, you will craft and develop beautiful branded client experiences that balance function and emotional impact.
Day to day you will:
- Work as part of a creative team developing branded client experiences.
- Design and delivery of various touchpoints along an immersive client journey — including physical and digital event graphics, editorial print design, website wireframes, digital newsletter templates, motion storyboards and branded presentations.
- Attend kick-off meetings with project leads to understand the context of the client engagement and ideate on how best to bring the experience to life visually.
- Ensure that the concept meets creative and experience objectives and ultimately delights our clients.
- Manage expectations of key stakeholders and work to tight deadlines.
- Put your design skills to a variety of creative requests and challenges.

Qualifications
- 2-4 years design experience working in a creative studio or corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design.
- Proficient with the latest software and design applications; Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma, InDesign.
- Strong design and branding skills and the ability to create visual concepts that generate empathy, emotion and engagement from the client.
- Confident speaker that can present designs and articulate a vision to project leads both verbally and through presentation materials.
- Detail-oriented, systematic and able to coordinate across multiple sources of input.
- Good task and time management skills and comfortable with deadlines.

Additional skills that would be good to have:
- UI/UX design knowledge and experience wireframing and prototyping digital interactions.
- Animation, motion or video capabilities in After Effects, Final Cut Pro or other video editing software.
- Familiar with the principles of design thinking, journey mapping, persona creation and rapid prototyping.
- Design and creation of visually engaging PowerPoint presentation templates.

Work Location
The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely and working onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationship.
