2nd Shift Position, Monday thru Thursday, 5PM to 5AM

• The ideal candidate will operate production machinery and equipment in the production department.
• Operate basic productivity equipment
• Move materials and/or part between workstations
• Assist other operators by loading/unloading jigs, fixtures, and/or tooling
• Must keep accurate counts of productions parts
• Produce to established standards and conduct simple quality inspections

Work Environment - this is a wire plant/mill; PPE & Uniforms will be provided, safety/steel toe work shoes are required. TransForce will provide up to $100 a pair for required work shoes.

Physical Demand - While performing the employee will be frequently is required to; stand, walk, occassionally sitting, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Lifting frequency; medium heaving duty lifting, approx. 85 lbs max. with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 40lbs. 67-100% of the time.

This is a TEMP to HIRE position; 90 days

Once hired on you will be eligible for a $1,000 "Hire On Bonus" at one-year service. You are also eligible for a Quarterly Safety Bonus, your first 90 days as a temp does count! Safety Bonus' range from $1,000 - $1,600 per quarter.
