STRAIGHT LINE CONSTRUCTION is looking to add a full-time Warehouse Assistant to our talented team!!

We are a business specializing in residential exterior remodeling, which includes roofing, gutters, solar, and siding. All our work is in Sacramento and El Dorado Counties. Warehouse Assistant Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and motivated warehouse assistant to join our Company. The warehouse assistant will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed, organized, and stored. The warehouse assistant will also prepare orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet. The warehouse assistant will drive Company owned vehicles, so candidate must have a clear and valid driver’s license with at least five years of driving experience.

Warehouse Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

· Deliver materials to jobsites

· Pick up materials from jobsites

· Pick up trash and clean jobsites

· Process inventory for delivery

· Ensure quantity of deliveries

· Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

· Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location

· Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles

· Work as an active team member to complete team goals

Warehouse Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

· High school degree or equivalent

· Valid driver's license with five years driving experience

· Able to pass drug test/background check

· Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shift

· Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Able to work independently

· Highly organized and able to store items efficiently

· Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization and the state

· Other duties as assigned

Compensation:

$18-$20 Depending on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
