Looking for experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team.

The Warehouse Manager maintains a clean, efficient, and highly organized warehouse. Job duties include receiving and unloading deliveries, managing inventory of tools and materials, and working with the Service Department to ensure that technicians have all required parts and equipment for each job. The Warehouse Manager also performs assorted fix-it jobs at SMH, maintains company vehicles and equipment, and stays ready to help at external job sites as needed.

Job Responsibilities

· Open front gate at 6:30 am

· Help develop and implement inventory management system

· Control and manage inventory

· Keep warehouse neat, organized, and safe

· Manage the Maintenance of SMH vehicles and equipment, including:

o Work trucks

o Forklifts

o Scissor lifts

o Welders

o Trailers

o Assorted material handling equipment

· Order replacement materials and equipment

· Receive and unload deliveries; inspect for quality and apply proper labels

· Prepare materials and equipment to send to job sites

· Ensure compliance with company warehouse procedures

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and material handling regulations

· Keep SDS folder up to date in trucks and shop

· Fire Extinguisher inspections and maintenance for trucks and shop

Required Competencies

· Strong organizational skills

· Critical thinking and problem solving

· Inventory management

· Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Knowledge of tools and machinery

· Forklift

· OSHA compliance

· Time Tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
