I am currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor for a successful logistics company located in ASHBOURNE CO MEATH.

This permanent position will start immediately with interviews happening immediately

The successful candidate for the Warehouse Supervisor will have experience for a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. This person should a strong work ethic and the ability to work to targets and also have the confidence and ability to support the warehouse manager.

Flexibility will be required for the nature of the role and for the business needs.

Due to location – Own transport would be required

Responsibilities:

Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse and grounds.

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

Key Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor/Team Lead

Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques

Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency

Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data

Hands-on commitment to getting the job done

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

Strong organisational and time management skills
