Job OverviewWe are currently recruiting for an Experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a Full Time Permanent Position with our Client in Dublin 12. Salary €14ph to €14.46 (DOE).
Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the supervision and day to day running of a fast paced busy warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling of warehouse workflow including allocating work roles on a daily basis
- Ensure all orders are picked and staged for deliveries, including preparation of all paperwork for drivers
- Maintain storage of stock including segregation of consignment stock
- Stock counting, reconciliation and reporting any discrepancies on a daily basis
- Stock control including forecasting stock requirements based on order volume
- Preparation and communication of reports to management and external customers
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety and hygiene standards
- To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
2 years of supervisory experience managing small to medium sized teams
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques including problem solving
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office to Advanced level (particularly Excel)
Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
Hands on commitment to getting the job done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work under pressure whilst paying strict attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skill
Manual Handling Certificate
Schedule
