We are looking for a Warehouse Worker II to join our Quality Control Team located in Ontario, CA.

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Quality Control Manager and receiving regular daily direction from the QC Leads and/or QC Supervisors, the Noble House Warehouse Worker II-Quality Control is responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Inspects products or materials to identify any defects, deviations from specifications and other quality issues. Overtime may be required including weekends.
What does this Role Involve?
Essential Job Duties:
- Assembling items according to the assembly instructions provided.
- In some cases, using power tools to assemble (i.e. small drill or electric screwdriver).
- Take measurements of the item and the carton using a tape measurer.
- Test the product for stability, safety manufacturer defects.
- Enter daily inspection sheets in to the system.
- Prepare appraisal reports for defective/damaged product.
- Update/maintain spreadsheets on Excel and Google Sheets
- Other duties as assigned by department supervisor, manager, and/or executive management.
What are we looking for in a Candidate?
Experience and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
- Generally, requires minimum of one years’ quality control inspection experience in a distribution environment or related experience in an e-commerce and/or fulfillment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); intermediate-level Excel, in particular
- Basic computer skills

- The ability to write effectively, to read and understand work documents, to communicate information clearly to coworkers and supervisors, and the ability to listen attentively and comprehend key pieces of spoken information.
- The ability to learn new systems quickly, understanding how parts relate, and how they impact system functionality. The position also requires manual dexterity or the ability to work quickly with hands.
- The ability to see details (e.g., letters, numbers, codes, color, symbols, marks, labels, signs) clearly to accomplish work tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Proficient in emailing, as well as Microsoft office.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated strong sense of integrity

- Problem-solving and decision making skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good reading, and math skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Competitive Pay
- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $19.00/hour + overtime + annual bonus opportunity. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
