Our work environment includes:

• On-the-job training
• Work in construction worksites on roads, highways & bridges.
• Headquarters located in Jeffersonville, Indiana
• Travel throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio.
• Perform work in all weather elements, except for severe weather.
• Exposed regularly to moving mechanical parts.
• Union wages and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• A desire to be a team player
• Ensure milling machine is always supplied with water.
• Reports any truck issues during operations to Team Superintendent.
• Communicate effectively to MAMCO Team members on jobs, along with contractors.
• Assists Team in any way needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Cross train in different positions as needed.

Educational, Skills, and/or Job Experience:

• MUST HAVE CDL Class B with tanker endorsement.
• No experience needed. MAMCO can train onsite.
• Must be knowledgeable with operating water trucks with air brakes.
• Tech literate.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Ability Troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Ability to calculate square feet, square yards & tonnage if necessary.

Physical Demands:

• Working outdoors in the elements.
• Able to walk 1 or more miles per day if necessary.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. (if needed)
• Overtime may be required to meet job deadlines.
• Certain jobs may require working longer than 10 hours shifts
• Climb, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. (if needed)
• Able to effectively hear for safety and mechanical parts issues.
• Able to get in and out of a water trucker multiple times per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
