Position Overview:
Entrust is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Web Operations Manager to join our Web Development team. You will collaborate on web initiatives with multiple teams across the business. This position operates cross-functionally, requiring partnerships with SEO, editorial and content creators, campaign managers, designers, translators and developers. You will be a Web expert, overseeing the day-to-day management of our content management system and execution of updates and enhancements. This is a holistic role that will be responsible for publishing and editing website content and will assist in web development across our corporate site, blog and other web applications.
Responsibilities:

Create and execute best-in-class web experiences across our tech stack which includes Drupal, Wordpress, Sitecore and Eloqua

Hands-on execution and publishing of website content and promotions

Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Creative, Marketing, and Development to ensure that website updates and digital campaigns are delivered on time and to the required standards

Conduct meticulous testing & QA of new content and functionality, from development through go-live, on mobile and desktop devices

Ensure updates are aligned with mobile-first and responsive web design principles and WCAG and ADA accessibility standards

Ensure the company's website(s) and web applications are utilizing best practices and technologies

Identify and suggest platform or functionality builds to improve user experience

Proactively identify and collaborate with digital team to troubleshoot technical issues or questions related to website applications, builds, templates and other site components

Evaluate current cookies and scripts and provide recommendation on classification (required, functional, etc)

Stay up to date on technologies, techniques, and industry trends
Basic Qualifications:
-
BS in Computer Science, Web Development or related experience in technical web design

7 + years web development/design experience
-
Strong technical web production experience with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a working knowledge of PHP, jQuery, JSON

Extensive experience working with web content management systems (Drupal, Wordpress or other CMS), project management tools (Jira, Workfront), developer tools (Github), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).

Strong understanding of website architecture and design principles

Strong understanding of UX & UI design strategies and best practices

Problem solving skills to identify and solve complex problems

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Strong project management skills, adept at organizing, meeting deadlines and multi-tasking

Ability to work independently with a “roll up your sleeves” approach to work

Experience with Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma
Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $100000 - 150000 if located in the United States. In the event this position is hired outside the U.S., pay ranges will vary and will be set in the applicable currency. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. Please speak with the recruiter for more details.
