Security Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing the security team assigned to the building, which may include scheduling shifts, conducting training sessions, and handling any personnel issues that arise.
• Developing/Implementing security protocols and procedures for the building and ensuring security personnel are in compliance.
• Conducting regular inspections of the building's security systems (e.g. CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarms) to ensure proper funcitionality and compliance with any relevant regulations or industry standards
• Responding to security incidents/emergencies that occur on site, including coordination with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Conducting risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implementing measures to mitigate those risks.
• Maintaining accurate records of security-related incidents, including any investigations that may be required.
• Communicating with site personnel (e.g. property managers, maintenance staff, tenants) to ensure security procedures are effectively coordinated with other building operations
• Staying up to date on industry developments and changes to security regulations or best practices, and adapting security procedures as needed to ensure continued effectiveness.

Saturday & Sunday 3:30pm-11:30pm

Security Supervisor Qualifications and Skills

• 2+Years Security Supervisor Experience
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to perform active foot patrol
• Ability to train and lead a team of 4-5 officers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments

Education and Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Active CT Security License required
• Drivers License preferred
