Creative Designer, Wholesale

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Creative Designer who will promote our mission and elevate our communications. The right candidate should have experience in B2B and B2C promotions, events, in-store displays, and sell sheets to effectively drive an intended engagement or conversion.

The Creative Designer will develop digital and print creative from start to finish, following brand guidelines and aligning to state regulations. They will report to the Director of Wholesale Retail Dispensaries and closely collaborate with Trulieve’s Marketing teams.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop marketing materials from start to finish within a range of digital and print channels such as promotions, events, sell sheets, educational materials, and in-store displays.
• Maintain stewardship of product brands’ looks, tones, and feels.
• Create a range of ideas to ensure the copy, art direction, and visual presentation supports the concepts.
• Align with Marketing teams to ensure on-strategy creative.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Good sense of design aesthetics.
• Ability to develop compelling copy.
• Produce solid concepts and execute on direction.
• Think strategically and understand the value of marketing goals.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD.
• Solid understanding of print, digital, and content marketing principles - and how to use them to enhance the creative idea.
• Experience in cross-functional B2B and B2C marketing such as brand, acquisition, promotion, and content.
• Excellent time management skills.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to provide an online portfolio displaying body of work

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
