• Compensation: $16 per hour, pays every Thursday
• Weekly Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am- 5:00pm
• Expected Start date: Immediately

Growing national Property Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for their property.

As a Leasing Consultant, you help create the energy and excitement around our clients' apartment homes. It starts with discovering prospects' needs & matching those needs with the perfect apartment home. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn another prospect into a valued resident.

Responsibilities:

• Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
• Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Validate application information and references
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
• Keep abreast of the property market status
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in apartment leasing
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
• Proficient with MS Office with competent general computer skills
• Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
• Customer-focused approach
• Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal communication skills
• Must pass criminal background check
