Soliant education isseeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the upcoming 2023/2024 school year in California. As an RBT, you will work directly with students with autism and related developmental disabilities in a school setting. You will implement behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect data, and work collaboratively with the BCBA and other members of the team to provide effective interventions and support for students.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA and collect data
• Work collaboratively with the BCBA and other members of the team to provide effective interventions and support for students
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Must pass a background check

Duration: Full-time position for the 2023/2024 school year
