Marsden Bldg Maintenance, L.L.C. is looking for highly motivated individuals to clean on site at the Flint Hills Refinery in Rosemount. This position requires Federal mandated background checks, drug screen and Motor Vehicle Record to work on the Refinery premises. This position will be subject to ourdoor and indoor work.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Driving to multiple buildings on site with Company vehicle
• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
• Sweeping
• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
• Mandatory overtime in spring, summer, and fall
• Must wear provided PPE
• Pass online training
• Must have valid drivers license

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Hours: 4:00 PM- 12:30 AM

Pay: $18.62 per hour
