POSTION SUMMARY:

The Student Affairs Coordinator works alongside the Head of Scheduling, Registrar, and Department Chairs (Film, Acting for Film, and Liberal Arts & Sciences) on the NY Campus on projects related to the BFA programs.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The day-to-
day duties required of this position may vary.

• Complete Degree Audits for all BFA students to confirm degree completion.
• Compile the F grade list every semester.
• Assist with compiling BFA related scheduling information.
• Assist with sending out schedules to students.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Sending acceptance letters to conservatory applicants.
• Coordinating and scheduling graduation.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Must possess excellent organizational skills as well as an ability to work cooperatively with
• others.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think critically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Work, PowerPoint and FileMaker.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
