The Hodson Bay Hotel are currently recruiting for Accommodation Assistantsto join our great team within the Accommodation department.

Key Responsibilities:

• To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation department
• To participate in Departmental training
• To work as part of the Accommodation Team
• Cleaning of guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an excellent standards
• Cleaning of public areas to an excellent standard
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
• Manage all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Making sure that all checklists are completed to an excellent standard

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Previous hotel cleaning/housekeeping experience is preferred
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Always maintain a professional image through appearance
• Must be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills.
• Should also have the ability to work well under pressure.
