Knightsbrook Hotel is currently seeking to recruit enthusiastic and knowledgeable Accommodation Assistant to join their professional and highly skilled accommodation team. Must be available Monday to Friday aswell as weekends as roster is over 7 day period.

The Role:

We currently looking to recruit a full & part-time accommodation assistant. This position will require the individual to be flexible in their roster availability and must be available to workevening shifts, midweek shifts, weekend shifts and public holidays.

Main Duties:

• To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
• To clean guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
• To complete turndown service in the evenings
• To clean corridors and public areas
• To ensure a high level of security at all times.
• To report all lost property and maintenance requests to supervisor
• Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times.

Requirements:

• Have a professional & friendly approach
• Be a team player and have the ability to multi-task
• High standard of attention to detail
• Good level of spoken English is required
• MUST BE AVAILABLE FULL TIME
