Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Expected to communicate internally and externally with timeliness and professionalism
- Follow the company's documented sales process
- Think critically to provide an offer and solution that our customers are willing to speak highly of post-closing
- Follow up with leads to gain commitment for sale
- Document lead progress and property notes/pictures in the company's CRM and Google Drive
- Monthly success ratio will be present
- Attend provided professional training sessions to learn how to negotiate offers on properties with homeowners effectively
- Attend team meetings to stay in tune with company progress and industry updates
- Communicate and collaborate with the team in a timely manner
- Be responsible of personal metrics and provide daily tracking of self-performance

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with new prospects, close sales over the phone, and some in-person meetings (as necessary)
- Gain trust with prospects to negotiate and facilitate a signed contract
- Follow-up with previous sales conversations
- Practice proven sales methods to close deals
- Manage and utilize our internal CRM to accurately document sales activities and next steps for all prospects
- Overcome objections, and help people solve real-world problems relating to real estate
- Practice active listening skills while remaining extremely organized
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Must be process-driven and thrive within that environment
- 1-2 Years of Inside or Outside Sales preferred
- Must be resilient
- Flexible schedule
- Self-driven and motivated to accomplish goals
- Must be willing to learn
- Passion and commitment for development for yourself and the company
- Strong writing and verbal communication
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
