Job description
The Account Executive II owns the Strategy and headquarter call-point for multiple Large Store Wholesalers, Buying Groups and Customers across the PNW, AZ and Northern California geography. This manager will work closely with their Acosta broker team. They will bring a curious, entrepreneurial mindset to identify and activate opportunities to achieve targets set forth.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Continue to enhance Coca-Cola’s strategic partnerships with our large store customers, buying groups and wholesalers by bringing thought leadership, creative solutions, capabilities and resources.
Grows the level of customer satisfaction, maintains win/win business relationship, and ensures effective customer communication.
Develops and executes annual business plans that maximize and grow gross profit, revenue, and volume for the West Large Store Team while also aligning with the customer strategy and priorities.
Strategically negotiates annual agreements with large store wholesalers to maximize our ROI and deliver the business plan.
Delivers and maintains accurate forecasting and trade management for customer portfolios.
Maintains business routines with assigned customers, broker partners and internal teams.
Responsible for problem-solving operational or executional issues with customers.
Education Requirements:
Minimum Required – bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
Related Work Experience and Knowledge:
2 to 5 years of work experience in a sales support or sales functional area
Selling knowledge to create & sell-in customer programs and key initiatives
2 to 5 years sales related packaged goods experience on a national or regional level
Understanding of various routes to market, value chains, channel requirements, and service bundles
Customer management, Warehouse RTM and wholesaler experience would be beneficial
Skills:
Customer Account Management; Relationship Management; Selling Process; Planning; Forecasting; Trade Management; Negotiations; Written & Oral Communication; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with exceptional PowerPoint and Excel Skills.
