We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic person to fill the role of Account Manager. This person will work with customers and liaise with our sales team and team of artisans for Bellezza Surfaces to offer a smooth and successful experience for our customers.
Job Description
An account manager is generally the business representative with whom the client has the most one-on-one interaction. This staff member oversees the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customer's needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee relationship with key builder accounts
- Be a key point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long term customer success
- Follow up on qualified retail leads
- Inside sales for walk-in and retail customers
- Communicate regularly with clients on the performance of their project
- Help builder(s) and/or homeowner(s) execute projects from beginning to end of contracted project
- Maintain knowledge of colors, materials, and accessories in industry to educate and assist customers
- Stay up-to date with current products, pricing, and sales promotions
- Answer design questions, create quotes, and work with finance department to ensure accurate invoicing of job upon completion
- Responsible for maintenance of all system pricing and product offerings to customer in ERP system

Schedule
Monday-Friday
8am – 5pm
$48,000/year base with Bonus Structure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
