Sales Account Manager (Full-Time)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with CA-based key customers and retail accounts in the Natural Channel (i.e. Erewhon Market) via meetings and other events, ensuring that mutual objectives are achieved

  • Analyze data to build customer action plans and build demand plan forecasts

  • Develop promotional plans, trade spend strategies, and marketing plans tied to sales targets, tracking performance monthly

  • Create slide presentations to support sales activities

  • Work with Marketing on demo, display, and ad coordination and execution

  • Submit promo paperwork to retailers and distributors and maintain external product database platforms (i.e. 1WorldSync)

Capabilities & Qualifications

  • 0-4 years in sales at a small to medium-sized CPG company

  • Experience in the Natural Channel

  • Great people and relationship-building skills

  • Highly motivated and driven, action and results-oriented, resourceful, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment

  • A strong sense of hands-on ownership and urgency in all matters related to the health of the business

  • Analytical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to roll up sleeves to get it done

  • Must be willing to travel

  • A driver’s license and a clean driving record
