As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with our clients by providing ongoing day-to-day account support, recommending cost saving solutions and managing processes to optimize productivity of their fleet. You will focus on client retention, problem solving, building relationships, and providing a superior client experience. Included with the relationship management will be the ownership of managing the clients' fleet database, service enrollments, vehicle order management needs, as well as the participation in the development of process, initiatives and reports to further grow our future business.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Work with clients and internal cross-functional teams to develop the account strategy that best suites the client's needs and goals.
  • Execute day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client's policies, procedures and priorities.
  • Uses discretion and independent judgement advising clients and works with clients to recognize need and recommend solutions.
  • Takes ownership of client issues and applies critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analyzes client data and/or manages monthly reporting needs.
  • Participates in projects which continuously refine and develop processes in order to best serve Merchants clients, both internal and external, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Leverages and partners with subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries in a high-volume communication environment.
  • Execute client policies to assist with compliance in all aspects of their business while communicating to key client contacts driver non-compliance issues for them to address and enforce.
  • Complete CAFS certification, possess and demonstrate advanced knowledge of all aspects of Fleet Resources, support and implementation.
  • Maintain and build strong foundational understanding of vehicle and upfit specifications, assist in the coordination of client requested vehicle locates.
  • Possess and demonstrate in depth knowledge of Customer Facing Technology as a power user.
  • Lead client specific special projects as needed

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accept and drive organizational change
  • Excellent Problem solving/resolution and decision-making skills
  • Ability to advocate for client and represent "voice of the customer" to build and retain relationships
  • Ability to nurture and work in a team environment as well as ability to work independently
  • Exceptional computer skills in CRM, Microsoft Windows, Excel (query), Power Point and Word
  • High energy as well as a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to travel to client and prospect locations when necessary
  • CAFS or CAFM Certification preferred
  • 5+ years Fleet Management/Leasing experience preferred
  • 5+ years in environment requiring effective communication, sales and client service skills

Your Education:

  • Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
