Essential Functions:

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Processing policies, policy changes, audits, invoicing, premium breakdowns, certificates of insurance, ID Cards and responding to policy inquiries.
• Renewal Processing including ordering updated loss information, renewal applications, renewal marketing, account rounding, reviewing and facilitating the renewal pricing, checking policies for accuracy and preparing for mail/delivery of renewal policies.
• Meet with Account Managers & Producer(s) regularly to review upcoming renewals.
• Update all files AMS as needed (e.g. AMS360 applications - do not rely on download)
• Review Suspense items on a daily basis
• Communicate and maintain good relationships with commercial underwriters, marketing representatives and other staff as needed. Be familiar with the carriers appetites and websites.
• Pull documents from select companies websites. (e.g. renewals and endorsements)
• Process payments for commercial clients when needed
• (Initial workload will not include an assigned Book of Business)

What is required?

• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, a desire for coaching and a strong work ethic are essential
• New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer License (Or Equivalent State of Domicile License)
• Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Experience Preferred
• AMS360 experience is HIGHLY preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
