About the Role

The role is customer-facing and ideal for an accountant who enjoys interacting with clients on a regular basis. More akin to an ‘account manager’ in a traditional software company, the successful candidate will manage a book of Outmin clients and ensure they receive a high level of customer experience at all times. It is a 100% remote role.

What You'll Do

This is a challenging position that facilitates entry into the digital economy and the future of the accounting industry.
In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks but are not limited to the following:

• 
  Point of contact for all client accounts guidance and general queries
• Problem-solve client accounting issues with your team on a daily basis
• Tax compliance oversight
• Year End process management
• Book-keeping oversight
• Company Secretarial compliance oversight
• Liaise with the product and software development teams to optimise your workflow on an ongoing basis
• Payroll processing oversight

What We’re Looking For

• ACA or ACCA accounting qualification
• 1+ year post qualification experience
• Excellent communication skills, in particular helping clients understand the accounting issues that their businesses face
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Drive and Sheets
• The ability to work as part of a team or on your own
• The capacity to work at a high level under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines to the standard required
• Honesty and discretion as you will be handling confidential information
• A methodical, thorough and analytical approach
