Job description

A family owned manufacturing company is looking for an AP/AR Specialist to join their team full time 5 days a week on site in Commerce City, CO. This person will be working hand in hand with the Controller to assist with accounts payables and receivables of the company. 80% of time will be spent processing invoices and billing from the prior day sales. The remaining time will be ad hoc AP tasks, check runs, some vendor management and research, and handling mail. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a small team, have the agility to wear different hats, and have strong communication. The company has a great benefits package that this candidate can enroll in 60 days after they start, which includes paid medical up to 75%, 401k match, and profit sharing.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience with Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables
• Experience processing 50+ invoices/day
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
