Coad Toyota Paducah is looking for a motivated accounting professional to perform a variety of accounting and clerical duties. We are seeking an individual who is assertive, energetic, and self-motivated. This individual should be able to work both independently and with direction. This individual will use company policy and procedures, as well as establish company accounting guidelines to complete daily tasks. This position will be geared towards Accounts Paybles but will perform a variety of accounting functions. New graduates and individuals with little to no practical experience who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Effective communication with managers and co-workers to address problems and errors quickly and efficiently.
• Posting, processing and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable
• Daily cash and check reconciliation, schedule balancing and deposit preparation
• Posting of Deals
• Posting company purchase orders and verifying invoices
• Posting Repair orders and parts tickets
• Processing Check request for customers and vehicle purchases
• Reconciliation of vehicle sales and commission reports
• Preparation of payroll reports for processing

Candidate Criteria:

• Associate Degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s Degree in Business is required
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in other departments,vendors, and customers.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Organizational, time management and task tracking skills
• Reliable and regular attendance is required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Critical thinking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
