• Core Responsibilities: Assists the Controller and accounting department with duties assigned. Compiles, classifies, records, verifies, and maintains data and payments to accounts payable records.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

§ Reconcile production volumes and resolve discrepancy with appropriate departments.

§ Record efficiency and other plant production data as assigned.

§ Manage inventory of retail cheese store including physical counting and stocking of shelves

§ Cashier for employee and retail sales to the public during store hours.

§ Reads, interprets and comprehends documents, instructions and manuals as required.

§ Analyze and evaluate data and determine the negative or positive net effects.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent from two-year college preferred

Experience

• 1-2 Years Related Accounting and or Retail Sales Experience
• Preferred Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Good communication skills and experience in a retail setting.

Specialized Knowledge

• General accounting, and strong knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Skills / Abilities

• Computer software: Microsoft Office
