Job description
An exciting new role has opened up with one of our leading clients within Branding. They are seeking an experienced accounts & bookkeeper to join their team. The role can be either full time or part time - based on the individuals preference.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
  • 3-5 years experience in accounts .
  • Tas Books experience & Sage -
  • IATI Qualification or part qualified
  • Experience both in accounts payable and receivables essential.
  • VAT & P30 submissions
  • Payroll
  • Management Accounts
  • Experience with online business banking.
  • High level of accuracy and data entry skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of EXCEL and Word.
  • The role will also include general office administration and support.
  • Good communication & phone skills required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accounts payable duties – reconciling statements, arranging supplier payments, dealing with supplier phone calls etc
  • Invoicing and debtors / payment requests by email and phone
  • Online banking transactions – including balance and payment reports.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Credit control reports.
  • Managing and mentoring the current team
  • Accounts receivable duties- processing invoices and monthly statements in a timely manner. Dealing with customer queries.
