Accounts Payable Associate

Our client a tech firm in Dublin City Centre have a requirement for a new hire within their Dublin finance team.

With the business having a significant planned growth they are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Associate with an eye for detail to join their team.

Reporting to the Group AP Manager you will get exposure to shareholders, operations team etc on a daily basis

Experience gained in this role will be career changing and to note the role is part of a bigger global brand and will give you exposure to international markets.

To note this role will be hybrid and will suit someone with end to end experience in a busy AP role.

Responsibilities:

• Review incoming supplier invoices to internal cost reports and contracts Liaising with suppliers to resolve all incorrectly billed invoices in a timely manner
• Entering all correctly billed supplier invoices to payable system
• Create and maintain a reconciliation of all invoices to internal cost reports
• Review cost accrual file for unbilled items, liaise with related suppliers to issue invoices
• Following up of supplier invoice approval process to ensure invoices are paid on time
• Create and maintain supplier accounts in the accounting system
• Expense and supplier account reconciliation
• Support with the month-end close of Accounts Payables area
• Other ad hoc tasks as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €38,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
