Description:Multi Flow Industries, LLC is looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Associate. If you have at least 3 years of experience in the full cycle A/P process, have exceptional attention to detail, are highly skilled in math, are computer savvy, responsible, comfortable on the phone, and are a team player, this may be the role for you. This is a full-time onsite position, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Our office is located in Huntingdon Valley PA.
Accounts Payable Associate Essential Duties:

• Match purchase orders to packing slips and verify invoice totals
• Code General Ledger account numbers and post invoices
• Ensure proper authorization on invoices, expenses/requests for payment
• Run and review the aging report and prioritize the list of payables needed for the current week
• Process and print checks
• EOM, review and double-check to make sure all invoices are posted correctly
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions
• Resolve internal and external vendor issues via phone calls, and email.
• File all invoices in the appropriate pending or paid file
• Set up new vendors, request W-9, and certificates of insurance if needed
• Special tasks/assignments as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Advanced study or Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable and other Accounting roles
• Strong written and verbal skills in the English language
• Exceptional math skills
• Must be able to work independently
