We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Coordinator for our office in Catonsville, Md. Our ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Quick Books
- Reconciliation
- Handling accounts payable for all entities and vendors
- Maintaining relationships with all vendors
- Ensuring all bills are paid in a timely manner
- Processing payments
- Comparing purchase order and prices and terms
- Various other accounting practices and office duties associated to the business
We are a family business that has been in operation since the 1860's. We offer a very casual work environment and a Monday thru Friday work week. Our accounting staff consists of two other employees one of which maintains control of Accounts Rec. and the other of which is a support to both AR and AP.
