Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday
There is flexibility if candidate wants to start earlier shift.

Pay: $20 - 24 depending on experience

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable including, but not limited to collections, credit card processing and invoicing within an ERP accounting environment
• Accountable for identifying and reducing delinquent accounts
• Contact customers via email and phone using tact and discretion
• Run, review, and prioritize A/R Aging to maximize and expedite collection efforts, including providing customers with statements, invoice reprints, credit, and debit notes, etc.
• Knowledge of billing and collection procedures including compliance with policies, procedures, and requirements
• Ability to reconcile customers’ accounts, apply cash receipts and credit notes, identify billing or shipping discrepancies, and work on special projects as needed
• Work collectively with other departments to resolve any customer issues
• Able to manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency within tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, discreet with confidential information and able to work independently, with ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively with attention to detail
