Our client are looking to hire an administration manager to work within the healthcare sector.

About Your New Job

• Permanent Administration Manager job.
• Leading a team of 3 team leaders.
• Co-ordinating administration services ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with developing & improving departmental services & procedures.
• Anticipate changes to service needs and reconfigure current services.
• Draft annual staffing budget and monitor throughout the year.
• Conduct annual appraisals, develop a training plan for the department.
• Assist with annual audits.

What Skills you Need

• Previous relevant experience ideally within the healthcare sector but not essential.
• Experience leading a successful team.
• Confidence, happy to deal with issues & take corrective action.
• 5-star hospitality skills.
• Relevant degree/qualification is a plus.
