Requisition
Summary

Provide administrative and project support for Sales Executives and Directors, including communications, responding to inquiries, managing, and coordinating department responsibilities, and other administrative duties as assigned. This position reports to the Assistant General Manager.


Job Functions /
Responsibilities

  • Work with senior leaders to manage tasks, distribute reports and maximize efficiency.
  • Manage consolidated centralized billing for national accounts.
  • Create and manage reporting department dashboards for sales team and customers
  • Sales commission calculation and tracking.
  • Ad hoc requests from management and other departments.


Qualifications and
Skills

  • Highly developed organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and effective communicator.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude while working under strict deadlines.
  • Aptitude for organizing large, detailed projects requiring follow-up and independent direction. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees including external partners and customers.

Education

College degree required.
