Key Responsibilities

The Administrative and Sales Support Specialist is responsible for working with Sales Management to provide office support to field sales representatives.

  • Answer calls/emails from Sales Management and Outside Sales Representatives in order to provide support for customer orders and quotes
  • Track, investigate, and report sales information
  • Resolve order and inventory issues, identifying alternate means for order fulfillment
  • Provide product, promotion, and pricing information pursuant to customer requests
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies through the research of regular and special customer prices
  • Work strategically to analyze and prepare customer sales quotes
  • Manage requests for updated product catalogs, brochures, mailings, and samples
  • Hold responsibility for planning, scheduling, as well as attending of, various management and sales meetings
  • Educate yourself on, and continuously stay up to date with, Richelieu’s innovative product offerings

Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • Frequently required: standing, walking, utilization of hand and finger dexterity, climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, kneeling or crawling, utilization of visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard, lifting/pushing/carrying items up to or more than 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.36 per hour
