ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT!
Looking for a Corporate Office Assistant to be supporting all administration requirements of Executive(s), including calendar management, travel management and expense management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
-Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required
-Ability to handle sensitive information
-Ability to professionally interact with various levels inside and outside of the organization
- Great verbal and written skills with customer service mindset
-Requires demonstrated computer skills with Microsoft Office and Concur if possible
-Ability to ensure accuracy with strong attention to detail

- Duration: Temp to Perm Career Opportunity
- Offered hourly pay: $25.00 to $30.00/hr
