At least one year of clerical work in an office setting
This position is ideal for those who like to work the afternoon shift. The hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 3:00pm to 8:00 pm. Under the supervision of the Clinic Supervisor, the person hired serves as Administrative Assistant for clients for all clinicians and doctors; requires excellent organizational and computer skills and ability to multitask. He/she will manage calls, learn new programs, manage the schedule in the electronic clinical record and contact clients for reminder calls.
