We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant at our Swartz Creek location. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. Responsibilities

·General Office Duties

· Answering and Responding Customer/Employee phone calls (minimal).

· Preparation of Purchase Orders, releasing and tracking Purchase Orders.

· Check-in material when it has arrived.

· Shipping/receiving of material

  • Keeping track of Inventory/Inventory spreadsheet and ordering when necessary.
  • Organizing project material.
  • Mailing of vendor shippers to the appropriate person.
  • Employee OSHA Safety Requirements and Tracking.
  • Track office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Gathering credit card receipts from employees and providing them to the appropriate person.
  • Project material delivery and transmittals.
  • Submitting submittals and drawings for approval.
  • Be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds.
  • Verification of vendor pricing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Apparel inventory.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office, 4 years (Preferred)
  • Organizational Skills, 1 year (Required)
  • Office Administration, 2 years (Required)
  • Inventory Management, 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Required Skills

  • High attention to detail and clerical accuracy.
  • Self-directing and flexible.
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Adobe with ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to work well with co-workers, customers, and suppliers.
