Lead the Way Fitness in Rancho Cucamonga is looking for an Office Manager who is passionate about helping people to get healthy and fit.

We are a personal training studio that teaches people how to strength train and adjust their nutrition to create lifestyle change.

You must be a people person, a fitness enthusiast and someone who has excellent customer service and sales skills. Leadership background is a huge plus!

Lead The Way Fitness is a personal training facility that helps moms to rebuild their metabolism. We offer 2 core programs...

• Boot Camp (30 Minute Fat Burning Workouts with 20-30 Clients)
• Small Group Personal Training (Semi-Private Session with 6 Clients)

We are looking for someone who has phenomenal customer service skills, warm and welcoming energy and loves to connect with people.
Required Schedule....

• Monday - Wednesday 2pm - 7pm
• Thursday - Friday 9am - 2pm

You must be...

• A Leader
• Comfortable with Sales
• Able to Hold Team Members Accountable to Weekly Sales Targets
• Willing To Do Heavy Phone Calls To Contact Leads and Members
• Ensure Members Are Getting Results and Deliver 5-Star Customer Service
• Highly Organized and Able to Work Under Deadlines
• Be Resourceful and Able to Solve Problems Quickly
• Strong in Written and Verbal Communication (No Grammar Issues)
• Have a Strong Understanding of Facebook Groups and Messenger
• Sales Experience Is Preferred But Not Required
