Job description
CPM is a general contractor based in Celina. Our area of expertise is residential property construction, maintenance and service.
We are looking for a responsible self motivated individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule inspections
- Prepare emails
- Assign projects and maintain work schedules
- Enter and update data in quickbooks
- Track work flow
Requirements
- Experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and Mac computer
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Construction knowledge is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
