We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about working collaboratively as a member of the team, getting involved in any department that needs a hand. As a Customer Service Representative, you are our customers' first point of contact! Individuals with experience in customer service, office administration, and inside sales would be a good fit for this role. However, regardless of experience, we are seeking individuals who have a positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow.
Your Responsibilities:
As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether through phone or email. Some of your job duties entail, but are not limited to, entering customer orders, calling customers for reorders, requesting freight quotes and answering customer inquiries.
As an administrative assistant you will support the team in data entry and accounting. Some of your duties will be filing, organizing, billing and emailing invoices and accounts receivables.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
