Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, highly accurate work product
  • Ability to focus under pressure
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is a must, any knowledge of InDesign, Salesforce, or Microsoft Project is a plus, but not necessary. Training will be provided.
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant and professional attitude and desire to work in a positive, team oriented atmosphere
  • Ability to follow through and solve problems to completion
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has initiative, pride in work product

Primary Duties

Support Brokers

  • Prepare marketing information, meeting books, intro packages, special market information studies and assist with anything related to presentations
  • Prepare market surveys and tour books
  • Prepare sublease flyers
  • Conduct market research
  • Prepare market reports
  • Create building stacks
  • Run financial analyses
  • Draft letters
  • Maintain company database
  • Maintain email distribution lists and schedule sublease email blasts
  • Create lease abstracts
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events

Office Administration/Management

  • Answer phones
  • Greet amd assist guests
  • Printing, scanning and faxing
  • Handle mail/Fed Ex/UPS
  • Manage vendor relationships (internet, copier, scanner, fax, phones, etc.)
  • Order office supplies
  • General Office Organization
  • Assist with onboarding new employees/brokers
  • Perform all other office tasks

Working Hours:

The normal hours of work will be a 40 hour week (5 days @ 8 hours) with an additional unpaid one hour lunch each day. Normal hours are 8:00-5:00 p.m. An employee may be required to work beyond the normal hours depending on the situation of the service. Pay will be dependent upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
